These are the courier's times, measured from the day a parcel is dispatched.
They are estimates from the carrier, not a guarantee, and public holidays and carrier conditions move them. We do not publish a dispatch time, because our own despatch record is too wide for a figure quoted to every customer to be honest.
An order confirmation is emailed immediately. A tracking number is emailed separately, as soon as it is attached to the shipment. If two business days have passed and no tracking has arrived, email us rather than waiting — that gap is usually ours to explain.
We watch shipments and will contact you if a parcel hits a carrier exception, is returned to sender, or is running significantly late. You do not have to notice it first. Email [email protected] with your order number and the delivery suburb.
